Driven by his passion for healthcare, Henry creates robust analytics that help organizations transform care delivery and remain successful amid the industry’s ever-changing landscape. As a member of ECG’s Provider Financial Services Division, Henry works on a wide array of fair market value reports and business valuations to help clients make informed decisions on the best path forward. Before joining ECG, Henry worked as a financial analyst in the Joint Venture Finance Department at Fresenius Medical Care. In this role, he was responsible for creating various forecasting models and analytics to advise leadership on key strategic decisions. In addition, he regularly delivered in-depth analyses to support partner deliverables and provide insight on operational trends and discrepancies. Most notably, Henry analyzed financial statements to determine the profitability of over 50 joint ventures and delivered recommendations to help ensure the partnerships’ sustained financial performance into the future.
